What an amazing day yesterday! Our 7/8th choir worked extremely hard and put on a phenomenal choir concert with 8 other schools! Then, at 7pm, some of our band students got to watch the world renowned trumpet player Allen Vizzutti in Whitefish. Thank you all so much for your hard work, and thank you Deer Park families for helping me make all of these things happen! Music is AWESOME!

Hello Deer Park families. Tomorrow is a very busy day for our music department, and we could not be more excited! I will be gone all day with our amazing middle school choir students. They will be performing at FVCC in the Flathead Valley Middle School Choral Festival! We will be leaving at 8:30pm and returning to the school by 4:30pm. If you would like to watch the performance, it will be held in the "Arts and Technology Building, room 139" starting at 3:00pm. Also, some of our incredible and dedicated band students will be going to Whitefish to watch the world famous trumpet player, Allen Vizzutti, perform at the Whitefish Performing Arts Center at 7:00pm. What an awesome day to be in music!
Happy Monday everyone! Grade checks will begin on Wednesday. The boy's basketball team will have practice tonight, a game AT St. Matthew's on Tuesday, and practice the rest of the week. The 8th grade boy's basketball tournament sponsored by Evergreen School begins on Friday, and their first game is at 5:00pm. Their first bracket game is on Saturday at 10:00am. Hello everyone! We just received an update that the boy's basketball game on Thursday, 11/3 has been CANCELLED. This is the game NEXT WEEK against Stillwater. The game tonight (10/27) against Kila is still happening. See you all tonight!

Happy Monday everyone! The boys basketball season is off and running. There will be practice on Monday night, practice AND A PARENT MEETING on Tuesday. Practice will begin as usual, and the parent meeting will start at 5:00pm. Practice on Wednesday, a home game against Kila on Thursday, starting at 4:00pm. On Friday there will be a unified practice for all 5/6 and 7/8 basketball players. This unified practice will begin at 3:45 and end at 5:00pm. After this practice, the booster club will be setting up for their fall carnival! Have an awesome week!
Don't forget--there will NOT be school on Thursday and Friday this week. Have a great, long weekend!
Basketball season is here! Our first official practice took place yesterday, and there will be practices tonight, from 3:30 - 5:00 for 5/6, and 5:00-6:30 for 7/8, and on Wednesday from 2:45-4:15 for 5/6 and 4:15-6:00 for 7/8. Looking forward to next week, there will be a PARENT MEETING ON TUESDAY, OCT. 25 @ 5:00pm. We will be discussing the new athletic policy and what to expect for the season. Finally, If you have a student in grades 7/8, our athletic director, Mr. Bruce, needs a copy of their physical ASAP. You can drop it off in his box in the office, or place it on his desk in the music room. Have an awesome four day weekend, and we look forward to meeting everyone next Tuesday!

Good morning everyone! With the results of last weeks volleyball tournament play in, we will be holding a pep rally from 3:00-3:15 today to celebrate our awesome volleyball team! They worked extremely hard this year, and brought home a 1st place trophy (THE FIRST VOLLEYBALL TROPHY IN OUR HISTORY)! Congratulations girls, and we hope to see you at 3:00pm!

Great job 7/8 volleyball team on your win over St. Matthew's! This was a game of redemption as they lost to this team earlier in the season. The 7/8 volleyball team advances to the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND, and win or lose, they will be bringing home the first volleyball trophy ever! Their game starts tomorrow (Friday) at 7:40pm. We hope to see you there. Go Panthers!
Our 7/8 volleyball team played an awesome game last night! They pulled a win over Cayuse Prairie, and have advanced to the next round! They play on Wednesday, 10/12, at 5:20pm. Good luck girls and keep up the good work!

Hello Deer Park families! Boy's basketball season is just around the corner, and their first official practice on Monday, 10/17. If your student-athlete is in grades 7/8 they must have physicals done in order to participate in sports. There will be a basketball season schedule posted on the website next week.
